  • Processing & Shipping


    Once your order is placed, it will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.

    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Spain.

    After your order and payment details are verified, we will prepare your items for dispatch.

  • Delivery Times


    Delivery times are calculated from the day your order is confirmed by Moana Studios.

    While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If significant delays are expected, we will notify you promptly via email or telephone.

Returns

  • Returns


    Moana Studios accepts returns for all online orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within the return period.Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Exchanges


    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order through our website.

  • Return Labels


    Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Please note that returns are only accepted for items purchased through our official website.
